Tetrapods
There is an article in the Japan Times today about tetrapods. Apparently, little cement buggers that line the coasts of Japan were originally developed by the French and the TETRAPOD is trademarked by the Japanese company Fudo Tetra.
A lot of people don't care for them and think that they destroy the beauty of Japans coast, but I, like a few other people, kind of like them. I think they have an artistic feel to them.
In pondering on tetrapods for the last few minutes, I found myself wondering if there has ever been an anime about tetrapods or involving them some way. Maybe they are actually robots or alien creatures that have been lying dormant for the past decades and finally come alive to destroy Tokyo, or something of that nature.
